Q) What is your delivery method?
A) All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For meaning that all parcels require a signature unless otherwise specified when ordering. If you would prefer to receive your order in a different way, please contact us on 020 7518 3890.
Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
A) We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days from the date of order, and it should arrive within 4-9 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays), however it usually takes 2-4 working days.
Q) Can I order products over the phone? And do you accept cheque payments?
A) Yes, We do, please call us on 020 7518 3890- We accept cheques, although we will only dispatch your order after cheque is cleared, it will take between one and two weeks.
Q) Can I make changes to my order after I ordered online?
A) Unfortunately once an order has been placed you will not be able to change the order yourself online. However, providing your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to arrange the changes for you, please call us on 020 7518 3890 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q) I have received the wrong item(s). What should I do?

A full refund or exchange for replacement / correct goods will be given upon receipt of the goods if you returned it to us within 21 days. Please also send the invoice clearly stating the reasons for the return.
Please note that we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. We would recommend sending any returns via recorded delivery.
Please ensure that the item/s is/are returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Q) I placed an order online but wish to cancel it. Is this possible?
A) Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 020 7518 3890 or email us at email@example.com.
If we have already dispatched your order by the time you contact us, we will not be able to cancel or refund you until your order is returned to us. A full refund will be given upon receipt of the goods if you returned it to us within 7 working days of receiving order, and we require that the item/s is/are returned in the original packaging and in a re-salable condition at your own expense.
Q) I accidentally placed my order twice – what should I do?
A) We will usually get in touch with you if we suspect that you have mistakenly placed an order, and of course we will give you a full refund for the duplicate order. However please contact us as soon as you notice any mistake.
