Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us within 21 days for a full refund or product exchange. Items returned must be in an unused/resalable condition with the original delivery document (as proof of purchase).

Should you request that we send you a replacement, a charge of £3.00 for domestic orders, £7.00 for any other countries will be applied to cover postage expenses, even the item’s value is over £35. You should either send us a stamped addressed envelope for us to send you the replacement in, or send us a cheque, made out to Phiten UK Ltd to cover the postage.

Please note that any delivery costs incurred by you when exchanging goods are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item(s), and we would recommend sending any returns via recorded delivery.

Cancelling an order

Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 020 7518 3890 or email us at uk-shop@phiten.co.jp.

If we have already dispatched your order when you contact us, we will not be able to cancel or refund you until your order is returned to us. A full refund will be given upon receipt of the goods if you returned it to us within 7 working days of receiving order, and we require that the item/s is/are returned in the original packaging and in a re-salable condition at your own expense.

Incorrect or Faulty goods

Should the product you receive not be what you had actually ordered, or should any goods you receive be faulty, please return your order with your order number to the following address:
