UK Delivery

Mainland UK, UK Highlands & Northern Ireland

Delivery is free for orders of £35 and above within the UK Mainland, UK Highlands & Northern Ireland. Orders under £10 in value will be charged £3 delivery, Orders under £20 will be charged £2.50 delivery, and Orders under £35 will be charged £2 delivery.

All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For meaning that all parcels require a signature unless otherwise specified when ordering*.

We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days from the date of your order, and it should arrive within 4-9 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays), however it usually takes 2-4 working days.

* Please note that if you choose the option of having you your goods by non signature delivery, Phiten UK Ltd does not accept liability for any undelivered parcels.

The Channel Islands

All orders from the Channel Islands will be charged £6 delivery for any order.

All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For meaning that all parcels require a signature.

International Delivery

EU Countries

Deliveries to EU countries will be charged £7.50 for delivery. The orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For so all parcels can be tracked. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Non-EU countries within Europe

We deliver to most European countries. All orders from Outside of the EU will be charged £7.50 delivery and sent by Royal Mail International Signed For so all parcels can be tracked. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that Phiten UK Ltd will not pay customs or import charges, so you should check with your local customs office to see if these are payable ahead of ordering. We will, of course, always state the true value of the goods on the invoice and in shipping paperwork.
