All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For / International Signed For meaning that all parcels require a signature.

We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days from the date of your order, and it should arrive within 4-9 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays), however it usually takes 2-4 working days.

You can return your order to us within 21 days for a full refund or product exchange. Items returned must be in an unused/resalable condition with the original delivery document (as proof of purchase).

Should you request that we send you a replacement, a charge of £3.00 for domestic orders, £7.00 for any other countries will be applied to cover postage expenses, even the item’s value is over £35.

You should either send us a stamped addressed envelope for us to send you the replacement in, or send us a cheque, made out to Phiten UK Ltd to cover the postage.
